Emergency Service
Our standard deliveries are listed below. As an added service, we offer emergency service delivery times. This service means that we will continuously work on your part until it is completed, giving you the fastest delivery time possible. Actual time depends on the work to be performed. A surcharge will usually apply to emergency service deliveries.
Standard delivery times: New Screws 6-8 weeks, Screw Rebuilds 3-4 weeks, New Barrels 4-5 weeks, and Barrel Relinings 3-5 weeks.
Servicing Our Customers
PFI provides service. At your request we will send a field engineer to your plant to measure your screws and barrels. PFI will generate a print to allow us to fabricate new components while you stay up and running. PFI specializes in screws and barrels for the Plastics and Rubber Industries.
