The initial module of the eDART flx is a simple to use short shot containment system. Simple to install because it only requires one sequence signal that can be obtained without any wiring in your machine panel if the machine output is not available. Simple to connect because it uses the RJG Lynx digital sensor network. Simple to run because it has a single, intuitive software screen with everything you need right in front of you.
The eDART flx can connect to a maximum of 8 in-mold pressure or temperature sensors. Data from the sensors allow you to set process alarms to automatically contain short shots at the molding machine using robots, conveyors or flipper chutes. The eDART flx automates the inspection of every part made, eliminating the need to inspect and sort parts manually."
